Pricing FAQ

Are prices really EUR-only?

Yes. Core and Scale are billed in EUR only. Enterprise contracts are also quoted in EUR by default.

Do you charge per transaction?

No. We do not charge per transaction import. Pricing is based on plan scope and included seats.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Core and Scale as your team grows. Enterprise upgrades are handled with our sales team.

Is onboarding included?

Scale includes guided onboarding. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding plan and rollout support.
